There are too many good BBQ and taco places to try. But aside from food, there’s history at the Texas Capitol and the Alamo, unique shopping (think cowboy boots!), and other unique experiences (think shooting ranges and… wait, bats?).

From a personal perspective, I love the city for how livable it seems. It is a place to raise a family.

Places that seem to be pretty close won’t be that close due to transfers. Buses are half as cheap as subways and sometimes are the same ETA. Read MoreChile’s Lake District consists of luscious green forests, waterfalls, volcanoes and obviously lakes. While that’s all a true story, we feel the area is not much different from the natural resources we can easily access in the U.S, aside from the volcanoes.
